Prior to reorganization into E-Debit Global Corporation in early 2010, Westsphere Asset Corporation’s business concentration was the establishment of a nationwide Canadian ATM and POS distribution network. Historic revenues were derived from the sale, leasing and servicing of ATM & POS equipment as well as surcharge and interchange revenue derived from the placement of the equipment in the business sites they were located.
Currently E-Debit Global Corporation has maintained its ATM and POS equipment through its wholly owned subsidiary Westsphere Systems Inc., which consists of 800+ ATM machines and 300+ POS terminals across Canada while concentrating on the roll out and development of our network acquiring and transaction processing services ACI base 24 Switch.
2009 Total Revenue derived from our ATM and POS estates was $3.67M which was a slight increase over 2008 of $3.57M while we were in the Switch development stage of our business and during which time we reduced our ATM estate from 900+ due to reduced productivity from certain locations while we outsourced the management of our POS network in order to concentrate on bringing the ATM switch to full production which as of this date is at 85% awaiting our testing with Bell Canada related to our wireless solution.
Upon implementation of our wireless solution within our existing estate (scheduled for the first of November 2010) it is anticipated that minimum additional revenue derived from wireless ATM estate will be in the neighbourhood of $4,000 – $6,000 per month and upon complete roll out across Canada to our existing estate additional revenue increases of $12,000 per month along with cost recovery of $210,000 (one time event). Total additional revenue upon complete roll out of wireless on E-Debits ATM estate network is expected to be $15,000+ per month. ($180,000.00 annually directly to the bottom line)
Upon completion of the ATM switch development E-Debit will move into the marketplace to offer competitive switching services to the current Canadian ISO (Independent Sales Organizations) – targeted increase transaction per month is 15,000 transactions per month (50 ATM/month) (6% per month increase 72%) annually with minimum monthly interchange revenue increases of $1,500.00/month ($117,000.00 annually directly to the bottom line with no related cost increases) and related wireless connectivity increases of $15,600 annually directly to the bottom line with no related cost increases)
Projected annual first year revenue growth straight to the bottom line after completion of ATM switching Roll!!
We $$ STRONGLY BELIEVE $$ in this WSHE!! We believe this will be one of the biggest gainers we’ve had in 2010, if not THE biggest!
Our savvy members will take $$ IMMEDIATE ADVANTAGE $$ of our final pick of 2010, because they know our picks have historically done extraordinarily well, with gains that could have you swimming in cash!
If you still aren’t sold on WSHE then don’t even bother getting out of bed in the morning! We don’t want you to kick yourself with regret! Because you will if you miss out on WSHE!! It’s time to get off the bench and into the game! Get ready to potentially pay off all your holiday bills!
